Product Overview
ESDALC6V1W5 is a quad TRANSIL™ array for data protection. It is a monolithic suppressor designed to protect components connected to data and transmission lines against ESD. This device clamps the voltage just above the logic level supply for positive transients, and to a diode drop below ground for negative transients. It is used where transient overvoltage protection in ESD sensitive equipment is required, such as computers, printers, communication systems, cellular phones and accessories, wireline and wireless telephone sets and set top boxes.

- Breakdown voltage VBR = 6.1V min
- Operating junction temperature range -40 to +150°C
- Four unidirectional transil functions
- Low leakage current of <lt/> 1µA
- Low capacitance of 7.5pF at 3V
- Very small PCB area <lt/> 4.2mm2 typically
- Complies with IEC61000-4-2, MIL STD 883E - Method 3015-7 Class 3 standards
- High ESD protection level up to 25KV and high integration
