Product Overview
TCR3RM09A,LF(SE is a TCR3RM series CMOS general-purpose single-output voltage regulator with an on/off control input, featuring low output voltage noise and ultra-high Ripple rejection ratio. It features overcurrent protection, thermal shutdown and auto discharge. As small ceramic input and output capacitors 1μF can be used with the device is ideal for portable applications that require high-density board assembly such as cellular phones. Used as power IC developed for portable applications.
- 0.9V output voltage
- Low output noise voltage (VNO = 5μVrms (Typ.) at 10Hz ≤ f ≤ 100KHz)
- Low quiescent current (IB = 7μA (typ) at IOUT = 0mA)
- Input voltage VIN range from 1.8V to 5.5V, output current of 300mA
- Pull down connection between CONTROL and GND
- Ceramic capacitors can be used (CIN = 1μF, COUT =1μF)
- Stand-by current is 0.1µA typical (VCT = 0V, VIN = VOUT + 1V, Tj = 25°C)
- Ripple rejection ratio is 100dB typ (VIN = VOUT + 1V, IOUT = 10mA, f = 1KHz, Ta = 25°C)
- DFN-EP package, operating temperature range from -40 to 85°C
