TCWA1225G,LF(S2 is a TarfSOI™ high power antenna switch.
- GPIO control I/F, low insertion loss
- Supply voltage range from 3.0 to 3.3V
- Power consumption current is 50μA typical at (VDD = 3.6V)
- Switching time is 750ns typical at (50% CTRL to 10% or 90% of final value of RF signal)
