Product Overview
BI1.5-EG08K-Y1 is an inductive sensor. It detects metal objects contactless and wear-free. For this, it uses a high-frequency electromagnetic AC field that interacts with the target. An inductive sensor generates this field via an RLC circuit with a ferrite coil.
- 1.5mm rated switching distance, flush mounting conditions
- ≤ 2% of full scale repeat accuracy, ≤ ±10% temperature drift
- Hysteresis is 1 to 10%, 2-wire, NAMUR output function
- 5KHz switching frequency, 8.2VDC nominal voltage
- Threaded barrel, M8 x 1 design, stainless steel, 1.4427 SO housing
- ≤ 1.2mA is actuated current consumption
- Vibration resistance is 55Hz (1mm), shock resistance is 30 g (11ms)
- IP67 protection class, ≤ 1.2mA actuated current consumption
- Operating ambient temperature range from -25°C to +70°C
- Dimension is 23.6mm
