Product Overview
LT8608IDC#TRMPBF is a compact, high-efficiency, high-speed synchronous monolithic step-down switching regulator, consuming only 1.7µA of quiescent current. Capable of delivering 1.5A of continuous current, the LT8608 employs low ripple burst mode operation, enabling high efficiency even at very low output currents, with output ripple typically below 10mV. Internal compensation with peak current mode topology allows for the use of small inductors, resulting in fast transient response and good loop stability. The EN/UV pin features an accurate 1V threshold and can be utilized to program VIN undervoltage lockout or to shut down the LT8608. Additionally, the PG flag signals when VOUT is within ±8.5% of the programmed output voltage as well as fault conditions. Applications for this regulator include general-purpose step-down and low EMI step-down applications.

- Top power NMOS on-resistance is 350mohm typical at (ILOAD = 0.5A, TA = 25°C)
- Feedback pin input current is ±20nA maximum at VFB = 1V
- Operating junction temperature range from -40°C to 125°C, 8-lead plastic DFN package
