LTC1875 is a high efficiency 1.5A monolithic synchronous buck regulator using a constant frequency, current mode architecture. It is ideally suited for single Li-Ion battery-powered applications. 100% duty cycle provides low dropout operation, extending battery life in portable systems. Burst Mode operation is inhibited during synchronization or when the SYNC/MODE pin is pulled low. The internal synchronous switch increases efficiency and eliminates the need for an external schottky diode. Low output voltages are easily supported with a 0.8V feedback reference voltage. It is widely used in application such as portable computers, portable instruments, wireless modems etc.

• ±2% output voltage accuracy
• Oscillator frequency is 550KHz typical at (VFB ≥ 0.7V)
• SYNC capture range is 350KHz to 750KHz
• Shutdown supply current is 1µA maximum at (VRUN = 0V, VIN = 6V)
• Operating ambient temperature is -40°C to 85°C, package style is 16-lead plastic SSOP
