Product Overview
The BD9E302EFJ-E2 from ROHM is a 3an integrated MOSFET single synchronous buck DC/DC converter in 8 pin HTSOIC package. This synchronous buck switching regulator with built-in power MOSFETs is high efficiency at light load with a SLLM (Simple Light Load Mode). It is most suitable for use in the equipment to reduce the standby power is required. It is a current mode control DC/DC converter and features high-speed transient response. Phase compensation can also be set easily. It feature over current protection, short circuit protection, thermal shutdown protection, under voltage lockout protection and reduce external diode. It is used in consumer applications such as home appliance, secondary power supply and adapter equipment and telecommunication devices.
