Product Overview
AD8062 is a dual channel, rail-to-rail output voltage feedback amplifier offering ease of use and low cost. It has a bandwidth and slew rate typically found in current feedback amplifiers. It has a wide input common-mode voltage range and output voltage swing, making them easy to use on single supplies as low as 2.7V. The device offers a typical low power of 6.8 mA/amplifier, while being capable of delivering up to 50mA of load current. It is widely used in application such as imaging, photodiode preamps, professional video and cameras, handsets, DVDs/CDs, base stations, filters, ADC drivers, clock buffers etc.
- Low offset voltage is 6mV
- −3dB bandwidth (G = 1) is 300MHz typ at (VO = 0.2V p-p)
- Slew rate is 650V/µs typ at (G = 1, VO = 2V step, RL = 2Kohm)
- 35ns settling time to 0.1% with 1V step
- Operates on 2.7V to 8V supplies
- Input voltage range is −0.2V to +3.2V with VS = 5V
- Excellent video specifications (RL = 150 ohm, G = 2), gain flatness is 0.1dB to 30MHz
- 0.01% differential gain error, 0.04° differential phase error
- 35ns overload recovery
- Operating temperature range is−40°C to +85°C, package style is 8-lead SOIC-N
