EV1HMC798ALC4 is an evaluation board for HMC798ALC4 GaAs, MMIC, subharmonic SMT mixer. HMC798ALC4 is a 24GHz to 34GHz subharmonically pumped (×2) MMIC mixer with an integrated LO amplifier. The HMC798ALC4 can be used as an upconverter or downconverter between 24GHz and 34GHz.
- Single positive supply: 5V at 97mA
- Wide IF bandwidth: DC to 4GHz
- LO drive level: 4dBm input
- Subharmonically pumped 2 × LO
