- 3-phase IGBT configuration including gate driver
- Fully isolated dual in-line molded module with DCB
- 1200 V TRENCHSTOP IGBT 4
- Under-voltage lockout for all channels
- Rugged 1200 V SOI gate driver technology
- Programmable fault clear timing
- All of six switches turn-off during protection
- Smallest package size in 1200 V IPM class with high power density and best performance
