BTT62004ESAXUMA1 is a PROFET™+ 24V 200Mohm quad channel smart high-side power switch providing protective functions and diagnosis. The power transistor is built by an N-channel vertical power MOSFET with a charge pump. This device is integrated into Smart6 HV technology. It is suitable for resistive, inductive, and capacitive loads, replaces electromechanical relays, fuses, and discrete circuits, is most suitable for loads with high inrush current, such as lamps, and is suitable for 12V and 24V trucks and transportation systems applications.

• 3.3V and 5V compatible logic inputs, electrostatic discharge protection (ESD)
• Optimized electromagnetic compatibility, logic ground independent from load ground
• Very low power DMOS leakage current in OFF state
• Nominal operating voltage range from 8V to 36V
• Operating current (one channel active) is 2mA typical at (TJ = -40°C to 150°C)
• ON-state resistance per channel is 25Mohm typ at (VS = 8V to 36V, TJ = -40°C to 150°C)
• Slew rate (30% to 70% VS) is 0.8V/µs typical at (VS = 8V to 36V, TJ = -40°C to 150°C)
• Output leakage current per channel is 1µA typ at (VS = 8V to 36V)
• Junction temperature range from -40°C to 150°C, PG-TSDSO-24 package
