The CD4030BE is a CMOS quad Exclusive-OR Gate consist of four independent circuits. The device provides the system designer with a means for direct implementation of the Exclusive-OR function. The device features standardized and symmetrical output characteristics.
- 65ns Medium-speed operation
- 100% Tested for quiescent current at 20V
- 5V, 10V and 15V Parametric ratings
- 2.5V at VDD =15V Noise margin
- Meets all requirements of JEDEC tentative standard No. 13B
