Product Overview
AD5313RBRUZ is a nanoDAC® family, low power, dual channel, 10bit buffered voltage output digital-to-analogue converter (DAC). It also incorporates a power-on reset circuit and an RSTSEL pin that ensures that the DAC outputs power up to zero scale or midscale and remains there until a valid write occurs. The part contains a per-channel power-down feature that reduces the current consumption of the device to 4μA at 3V while in power-down mode. It employs a versatile serial peripheral interface (SPI) that operates at clock rates up to 50MHz, and the device contains a VLOGIC pin that is intended for 1.8V/3V/5V logic. Applications include optical transceivers, base station power amplifiers, process control (PLC I/O cards), industrial automation, and data acquisition systems.

- Digital-to-analogue glitch impulse is 0.5nV-sec typical at (VDD = 2.7V to 5.5V; RL = 2Kohm to GND)
- Signal-to-noise ratio is 90dB typical at (ambient, BW = 20KHz, VDD = 5V, fOUT = 1KHz)
- Slew rate is 0.8V/µs typical at (VDD = 2.7V to 5.5V; RL = 2Kohm to GND)
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to +105°C, 16-lead TSSOP package
