Product Overview
AD5415 is a CMOS, 12bit, dual-channel, current output digital-to-analogue converter(DAC). This DAC uses a double-buffered, 3-wire serial interface that is compatible with SPI®, QSPI™, MICROWIRE™ and most DSP interface standards. Typical application includes portable battery-powered, waveform generators, analogue processing, instrumentation, programmable amplifiers and attenuators, digitally controlled calibration, programmable filters and oscillators, composite video, ultrasound, gain, offset and voltage trimming.
- 10MHz multiplying bandwidth
- On-chip 4 quadrant resistors allow flexible output ranges
- INL of ±1LSB and -1/+2LSB differential nonlinearity, ±25mV gain error
- 2.5V to 5.5V supply operation
- ±10V reference input
- 50MHz serial interface and 2.47MSPS update rate
- 4-quadrant multiplication
- Power -on reset, guaranteed monotonic, daisy-chain mode and readback function
- 0.5µA typical current consumption
- 24 lead TSSOP package, operating temperature range from -40°C to 125°C
