AD7245JNZ

AD7245JNZ is an LC²MOS 12bit DACPORT. It is a 12bit voltage output, digital to analogue converter with output amplifier and zener voltage reference on a monolithic CMOS chip. No external trims are required to achieve full specified performance for the part. The part features double buffered interface logic with 12bit input latch and 12bit DAC latch. The data held in that DAC- latch determines the analogue output of the converter. It accepts 12bit parallel data which is latched into input latch on the rising edge of active-low CS or (active-low)WR. It also has (active-low)CLR signal on the DAC latch which allows features such as power on reset to be implemented. All logic inputs are level triggered and are TTL and CMOS (5V) level compatible, while the control logic is speed compatible with most microprocessor.
