Product Overview
AD8015 is a wide bandwidth, single supply transimpedance amplifier optimized for use in a fibre optic receiver circuit. It is a complete, single chip solution for converting photodiode current into a differential voltage output. Typical application includes fibre optic receivers: SONET/SDH, FDDI, fibre channel, stable operation with high capacitance detectors, low noise preamplifiers, single-ended to differential conversion and I-to-V converters.
- Low cost, wide bandwidth, low noise
- Bandwidth: 240MHz
- Pulse width modulation of 500ps and rise time/fall time of 1.5ns
- Input current noise: 3pA/√Hz at 100MHz
- Total input RMS noise of 26.5nA DC to 100MHz
- Wide dynamic range: optical sensitivity: -36dBm at 155.52Mbps
- Peak input current is ±350mA
- Differential outputs and low power of 5V at 25mA
- 8 lead NSOIC package
- Operating temperature range from -40 to 85°C
