                      Product Overview

                      AD8139 is an ultralow noise, high performance differential amplifier with rail-to-rail output. With its low noise, high SFDR, and wide bandwidth, it is an ideal choice for driving analogue-to-digital converters (ADCs) with resolutions to 18bits. This device is easy to apply, and its internal common-mode feedback architecture allows its output common-mode voltage to be controlled by the voltage applied to one pin. The internal feedback loop also provides outstanding output balance as well as suppression of even-order harmonic distortion products. It is widely used in application such as ADC drivers to 18bits, single-ended-to-differential converters, differential filters, level shifters, differential PCB drivers, differential cable drivers etc.

                      • Input voltage noise is 2.25nV/√Hz typ at (f = 100KHz), rail-to-rail output
                      • Input current noise is 2.1pA/√Hz typ at (f = 100KHz)
                      • SFDR is 98dBc typ at (VO, dm = 2V p-p, fC = 1MHz)
                      • −3dB small signal bandwidth is 410MHz typ at (VO, dm = 0.1V p-p)
                      • Slew rate is 800V/µs typ at (VO, dm = 2V step)
                      • Settling time to 0.01% is 45ns typ at (VO, dm = 2V step, CF = 2pF)
                      • CMRR is 84dB typ, low offset voltage is ±150µV typ
                      • Low input offset current is 0.13µA typ, differential input and output
                      • Wide supply voltage range is 5V to 12V, operating temperature is -40°C to +125°C
                      • Package style is 8-lead small outline package with exposed pad [SOIC-N-EP]
