Product Overview
AD9467 is a 16bit, monolithic, IF sampling analogue-to-digital converter (ADC). It is optimized for high performance over wide bandwidths and ease of use. Typical application includes multicarrier, multimode cellular receivers, antenna array positioning, power amplifier linearization, broadband wireless radar, infrared imaging and communications instrumentation.
- 1.8V and 3.3V supply operation
- 74.7/76.4dBFS SNR at fIN = 5MHz, 74.6/76.3dBFS SINAD at fIN = 5MHz, 12.1/12.4bit ENOB at fIN = 5MHz
- Excellent linearity at 250MSPS: DNL = ±0.5LSB typical and INL = ±3.5LSB typical
- 2V p-p to 2.5V p-p (default) differential full-scale input (programmable)
- Integrated input buffer, external reference support option, clock duty cycle stabilizer
- Output clock available
- 60fs rms jitter, serial port control, selectable output data format
- Built-in selectable digital test pattern generation, LVDS outputs (ANSI-644 compatible)
- 72 lead LFCSP package
- Operating temperature range from -40 to 85°C
