Product Overview
ADA4062-2 is a dual channel low power JFET-input opamp. It offer lower power, offset voltage, drift, and ultralow bias current. It is ideal for various applications, which including process controls, industrial and instrumentation equipment, active filtering, data conversion, buffering, and power control and monitoring, filters, industrial/process controls, body probe electronics, data acquisition, integrators, input buffering. With a low supply current of 165μA per amplifier, they are well suited for lower power application.
- Low input bias current is 50pA maximum
- Offset voltage is 2.5mV maximum
- Offset voltage drift is 5μV/°C typical
- Slew rate is 3.3V/μs typical, gain bandwidth is 1.4MHz at (RL = 10Kohm, AV = 1)
- CMRR is 90dB typical, voltage noise is 1.5μV p-p at (f = 0.1Hz to 10Hz)
- Low supply current is 165μA typical
- High input impedance, unity-gain stable
- Dual-supply operation is ±5V to ±15V
- Operating temperature range is −40°C to +125°C
- Package style is 8-lead SOIC-N
