Product Overview
ADA4528-1 is an ultralow noise, zero-drift operational amplifier featuring rail-to-rail input and output swing. It has a wide operating supply range of 2.2V to 5.5V, high gain, and excellent CMRR, PSRR specifications, which make it ideal for applications that require precision amplification of low level signals, such as position and pressure sensors, strain gauges, and medical instrumentation. This amplifier is widely used in application such as thermocouple/thermopile, load cell and bridge transducers, precision instrumentation, electronic scales, handheld test equipment etc.
- Low offset voltage is 4.3µV max at (VCM = 0V to 2.5V), operating temperature is −40°C to +125°C
- Low offset voltage drift is 0.018μV/°C max at (40°C ≤ TA ≤ +125°C)
- Voltage noise is 97nV p-p typ at (f = 0.1Hz to 10Hz, AV = +100)
- Voltage noise density is 5.6nV/√Hz typ at (f = 1kHz, AV = +100)
- Open-loop gain is 132dB typ at (RL = 2Kohm, VO = 0.1V to 2.4V)
- CMRR is 158dB typ at (VCM = 0V to 2.5V),(VSY = 2.5V, VCM = VSY/2, TA = 25°C)
- PSRR is 150dB typ at (VSY = 2.2V to 5.5V), (VSY = 2.5V, VCM = VSY/2, TA = 25°C)
- Unity-gain crossover is 4MHz, dual-supply operation is ±1.1V to ±2.75V
- Gain bandwidth is 3MHz at (AV = +100), −3dB closed-loop bandwidth is 6.2MHz
- Packaging style is 8-lead lead frame chip scale package [LFCSP]
