Product Overview
ADR363 is a low power, low noise voltage reference with sink/source capability. This precision band gap voltage reference that offers low power and high precision in a compact package. Using proprietary temperature drift curvature correction techniques from Analog Devices, Inc., the device reference achieves a low temperature drift. This micropower, low dropout voltage reference provides a stable output voltage from a minimum supply of 300mV greater than the output. The advanced design of the devices eliminates the need for external capacitors, which further reduces board space and system cost. The combination of low power operation, small size, and ease of use makes this precision voltage reference device ideally suited for battery-operated applications. Applications include battery-powered instruments, portable medical instruments, data acquisition systems and industrial.
