Product Overview
ADUM130D1BRWZ is a 3.0kV RMS/3.75kV RMS triple-channel digital isolator based on Analog Devices, Inc., iCoupler® technology. Combining high speed, complementary metal-oxide semiconductor (CMOS) and monolithic air core transformer technology, this isolation component provides outstanding performance characteristics superior to alternatives such as optocoupler device and other integrated coupler. The maximum propagation delay is 13ns with a pulse width distortion of less than 3ns at 5V operation. Channel matching is tight at 3.0ns maximum. The device operates with the supply voltage on either side ranging from 1.8V to 5V, providing compatibility with lower voltage systems as well as enabling voltage translation functionality across the isolation barrier. Application includes general-purpose multichannel isolation, serial peripheral interface (SPI)/data converter isolation, industrial field bus isolation.

- Output rise/fall time is 2.5ns typ (10% to 90%, TA = 25°C)
- 16 lead SOIC-W package, temperature range from -40°C to +125°C
