Product Overview
ADUM363N1BRQZ is a 6-channel digital isolator based on Analog Devices, Inc., iCoupler® technology. Combining high speed, complementary metal-oxide semiconductor (CMOS) and back-to-back monolithic air core transformer technology, these isolation components provide outstanding performance characteristics and meet CISPR 32/EN 55032 Class B limits at 5Mbps. The maximum propagation delay is 10ns with a pulse-width distortion of less than 3ns at 5V operation. Channel matching is tight at 3.0ns maximum. The ADuM363N data channels are independent and are available in a variety of configurations with a withstand voltage rating of 3kVrms. The devices operate with the supply voltage on either side ranging from 2.25V to 5.5V, which provides compatibility with lower voltage systems as well as enabling voltage translation functionality across the isolation barrier. Applications include isolation of SPI data converters, RS-485 and CAN FD industrial field buses and PWM controller signal isolation.
