Product Overview
ADUM4402ARIZ is a 4-channel digital isolator based on the Analog Devices, Inc., iCoupler® technology. Combining high-speed CMOS and monolithic air core transformer technology, this isolation component provides outstanding performance characteristics that are superior to the alternatives, such as optocoupler devices and other integrated couplers. It operates with the supply voltage on either side ranging from 3.0V to 5.5V, providing compatibility with lower voltage systems as well as enabling a voltage translation functionality across the isolation barrier. It contains circuit and layout enhancements to help achieve system-level IEC 61000-4-x compliance (ESD/burst/surge). It is used in applications such as general-purpose, high voltage, multichannel isolation, medical equipment, motor drives, power supplies.
