Product Overview
HMC241ALP3E is a general-purpose, non-reflective, 100MHz to 4GHz single-pole, four-throw (SP4T) switch manufactured using a gallium arsenide (GaAs) process. The on-chip circuitry allows to operate at a single, positive supply voltage range of 3V to 5V. This switch requires two positive logic control voltages. This includes an on-chip, binary two to four line decoder that provides logic control from two logic input lines to select one of the four radio frequency (RF) lines. Application includes cellular/4 G infrastructure, wireless infrastructure, automotive telematics, mobile radios test equipment.
- Frequency range from 0.1 to 4GHz (VDD=3V or 5V, VCTRL=0V or VDD, TCASE=25°C)
- Nonreflective 50 ohm design, low insertion loss 0.7dB at 2GHz
- Typical isolation is 45dB (between RFC and RF1 to RF4 (off), 100MHz to 1GHz, TCASE=25°C)
- High input linearity at 250MHz to 4GHz, typical 1dB power compression is 24dBm (VDD=3V, TCASE=25°C)
- Typical third-order intercept is 50dBm (10dBm per tone, 1MHz spacing, VDD=3V, TCASE=25°C)
- 28.5dBm through path, 25dBm terminated path
- Supply voltage range from 3 to 5V (VDD pin, VDD=3V or 5V, VCTRL=0V or VDD, TCASE=25°C)
- Integrated 2 to 4 line decoder
- Temperature rating range from -40 to +85°C
- 16-terminal lead frame chip scale package [LFCSP]
