Product Overview
LT1217 is a 10MHz current feedback amplifier with DC characteristics better than many voltage feedback amplifiers. Typical applications include video amplifiers, buffers, IF and RF amplification, cable drivers and 8, 10, 12bit data acquisition systems.
- Wide supply range, ±5V to ±15V
- 1mA typ quiescent current at VIN = 0V
- 100mA max output current at VS = ±15V, TA = 0°C to 70°C
- 10MHz typ bandwidth at RF = 3K, RG = 3K, VOUT = 100mV
- 500V/µs typ slew rate at RF = 3K, RG = 3K
- 280ns settling time to 0.1%
- ±1mV input offset voltage at VCM = 0V, 100nA input bias current
- ±100nA inverting input current at VCM = 0V
- 8 lead NSOIC package
