Product Overview
LT6200 is a single channel, ultralow noise, rail-to-rail input and output unity gain stable op-amp. This amplifier combine very low noise with a 1.6MHz gain bandwidth, 450V/µs slew rate and are optimized for low voltage signal conditioning systems. A shutdown pin reduces supply current during standby conditions and thermal shutdown protects the part from overload conditions. This amplifier can be used as plug-in replacements for many high speed op amps to improve input/output range and noise performance. It is widely used in application such as transimpedance amplifiers, low noise signal processing, active filters, rail-to-rail buffer amplifiers, driving A/D converters etc.
- Low noise voltage is 0.95nV/√Hz typ at (100kHz)
- Common mode rejection ratio is 105dB typ at (VS = 5V, VCM = 1.5V to 3.5V)
- Input common mode range includes both rails
- Low offset voltage is 0.1mV typ
- Wide supply range is 2.5V to 12.6V
