Product Overview
LT6375 is a unity-gain difference amplifier which combines excellent DC precision, a very high input common mode range and a wide supply voltage range. It includes a precision op-amp and a highly-matched thin film resistor network. It features excellent CMRR, extremely low gain error and extremely low gain drift. Comparing the device to existing difference amplifiers with high common mode voltage range, the selectable resistor divider ratios of the device offer superior system performance by allowing the user to achieve maximum SNR, precision and speed for a specific input common mode voltage range. It is widely used in application such as high side or low side current sensing, bidirectional wide common mode range current sensing, high voltage to low voltage level translation, precision difference amplifier, industrial data-acquisition front-ends, replacement for isolation circuits etc.
- Common mode voltage range is ±270V
- CMRR is 104dB typ at (resistor divider ratio = 7, VCM = ±28V)
- Gain error drift is ±0.2ppm/°C typ at (VOUT = ±10V)
- Gain error is ±0.001% typ at (VOUT = ±10V)
- Gain nonlinearity is ±1ppm typ at (VOUT = ±10V)
- Wide supply voltage range is 3.3V to 50V, rail-to-rail output
- Supply current is 350µA typ, offset voltage is 300µV typ
- Small signal –3dB bandwidth is 575KHz typ
- Operating temperature is -40°C to 85°C
- Package style is 14-lead plastic DFN
