MAX96724FGTN/V+

MAX96724FGTN/V+ is a quad tunnelling GMSL2/1 to a CSI-2 deserializer. This device allows simultaneous transmit bidirectional transmissions over 50 ohm coax or 100 ohm STP cables that meet the GMSL channel specification. Contact the factory for the GMSL supporting collateral. Up to four remotely located sensors can be supported using industry-standard coax or STP interconnects. Each GMSL2 serial link operates at a fixed rate of 3Gbps or 6Gbps in the forward direction and 187.5Mbps in the reverse direction. It supports both aggregation and replication of video data, enabling streams from multiple remotely located sensors to be combined and routed to one or more of the available CSI-2 outputs. Applications include high-resolution camera systems, and advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS).

• Support for mixed GMSL2/1 pixel and tunnel inputs
• Output voltage swing (single-ended) is 250mV typical at (RL = 100 ohm ±1%)
• Termination resistance (internal) is 50 ohm typ at (VTERM = 1.14V to 1.26V, VDD18 = 1.7V to 1.9V)
• Auto adapt for changes in channel conditions, 3Gbps speed
• Frequency is 25MHz typical at (VTERM = 1.14V to 1.26V, VDD18 = 1.7V to 1.9V)
• Input jitter is 150ps (p-p) maximum at (sinusoidal jitter <lt/> 1MHz (rising edge))
• Operating temperature range from -40°C to +105°C, 56-pin TQFN-EP package
