Product Overview
The HCPL-3120-300E from Avago is a through hole, 2.5A output current IGBT gate drive optocoupler in 8 pin surface mount DIP package. The device contains a GaAsP LED which is optically coupled to an integrated circuit with a power output stage. It is ideally suited for driving power IGBTs and MOSFETs.
- Minimum isolation voltage of VISO = 3.75KV
- Single channel
- Maximum switching speeds of 500ns
- Industrial temperature range of ‑40°C to 100°C
- UL, CSA and IEC/EN/DIN EN 60747-5-2 approved
