TSB622 is a general purpose dual operational amplifier. It features an extended supply voltage operating range and rail-to-rail output. It also offers an excellent speed/power consumption ratio with 1.7 MHz gain bandwidth product. It is widely used in application such as industrial, power supplies, automotive- etc.
- Low offset voltage is 1mV max at 25 °C
- Low current consumption is 375μA max
- Operating supply voltage range is 2.7V to 36V
- Unity gain stable, EMI hardened
- Input common mode voltage incudes ground
- High ESD tolerance is 4kV HBM
- Supply current (per channel) is 280µA at (no load, VOUT = VCC/2)
- Operating temperature range is -40°C to +125°C
