Product Overview
The B2100-13-F is a high voltage Schottky barrier Rectifier Diode with lead-free plating (matte tin finish) terminals, UL94V-0 flame-rated moulded plastic case and cathode band or cathode notch polarity. Guard ring die construction for transient protection. Suitable for low voltage, high frequency inverters, free wheeling and polarity protection application.

- 70V RMS reverse voltage
- Surge overload rating to 50A peak
- 260°C/10 Second at terminal high temperature soldering
