MB10S-13 is a surface mount, bridge rectifier. It is suitable for AC to DC bridge full wave rectification for SMPS, LED lighting, adapter, battery charger, home appliances, office equipment, and telecommunication applications.
- Glass passivated die construction
- Miniature package saves space on PC boards
- Low leakage current, ideal for SMT manufacturing, low forward voltage drop
- Peak repetitive reverse voltage is 1,000V at TA=+25°C
- Working peak reverse voltage is 1,000V at TA=+25°C
- DC blocking voltage is 1,000V at TA=+25°C
- RMS reverse voltage is 700V at TA=+25°C
- Average rectified output current is 0.5A at TA=+40°C
- MBS case
- Operating and storage temperature range from -55 to +150°C
