The PDS560-13 is a 2-pin 5A Barrier Rectifier with green molded plastic case and matte tin annealed over copper lead-free plated terminals. The Schottky Barrier series rectifier is suitable for use in high frequency inverters, free-wheeling and polarity protection applications.
