CYPD5126-40LQXIT is a EZ-PD™ CCG5C is a one-port USB Type-C controller that complies with the latest USB Type-C and power delivery (PD) specifications. CCG5C provides a complete USB Type-C and USB PD port control solution for PCs and notebooks. CCG5C includes a 32bit, 48MHz Arm® Cortex®-M0 processor with 128KB flash and integrates a complete Type-C transceiver including the Type-C termination resistors Rp, Rd, and dead battery Rd termination. Typical applications are notebooks, desktops.
- Supports latest USB PD 3.0 specification, fast role swap (FRS), extended data messaging
- Integrated VCONN FETs to power EMCA cables, integrated dead battery termination
- Overvoltage protection (OVP), undervoltage protection (UVP), overcurrent protection (OCP)
- High-voltage VBUS short protection for SBU and CC pins
- Integrated USB2.0 analog mux for USB 2.0 HS data and UART data
- Integrated high-voltage LDO operational up to 21.5V for dead battery mode operation
- VBUS high-side current sense amplifier capable of measuring current across 10mohm resistance
- 48MHz Arm Cortex-M0 CPU, 128KB flash, 12KB SRAM
- Two integrated timers and counters to meet response times required by the USB-PD protocol
- 40-pin QFN package, 1 Type-C port, dead battery termination
