FF300R12W2T7EB11BPSA1 is an EasyDUAL™ 2B, 1200V, 300A common emitter IGBT module with TRENCHSTOP™ IGBT T7, EC7, Pressfit Pin, and NTC. Suitable for motor drives, air conditioning, auxiliary inverters, servo drives and UPS systems applications.
