IKY150N75EH7 is a hard-switching 750V, 150A TRENCHSTOP™ IGBT7 H7 discrete in TO-247PLUS-4 package technology. It features high speed and low saturation voltage 750 V TRENCHSTOP™ IGBT7 technology co-packed with soft and fast recovery Emitter Controlled 7 diode. Typical applications include industrial UPS systems, EV charging, string inverters and energy storage systems (ESS).
