The 2N6403G is a reverse blocking Silicon Controlled Rectifier (SCR) designed primarily for half-wave AC control applications or wherever half-wave silicon gate-controlled, solid-state device is needed. It has small, rugged, thermowatt construction for low thermal resistance, high heat dissipation and durability.
- Blocking voltage to 800V
- Glass passivated junctions with centre gate geometry for greater parameter uniformity and stability
