Product Overview
The MCP4151-502E/P is a 7-bit (129 wiper steps) non-volatile Digital Potentiometer with volatile memory, programmed/reprogrammed through an SPI compatible interface. It features zero to full-scale wiper operation. It supports split rail applications.
- 128 Resistors with taps to VSS and VDD
- SPI compatible interface
- <lt/>100ppm Typical absolute (rheostat)
- <lt/>10ppm Typical ratiometric (potentiometer) low tempco
- 100Ω Typical low wiper resistance
- Resistor network terminal disconnect
- Brown-out reset protection (1.5V typical)
- Serial interface inactive current (2.5μA typical)
- High-voltage tolerant digital inputs up to 12.5V
- Supports split rail applications
- Internal weak pull-up on all digital inputs
