Product Overview
MCP6V62-E/MS is a zero-drift dual operational amplifier. It provides input offset voltage correction for very low offset and offset drift. It is unity-gain stable, has virtually no 1/f noise, and has a good power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) and common mode rejection ratio (CMRR). Typical application includes portable Instrumentation, sensor conditioning, temperature measurement, DC offset correction, and medical instrumentation.
- Input offset voltage drift with temperature range from -30 to +30nV/°C (TA = -40 to +125°C)
- Input offset voltage range from -8 to +8µV (TA = +25°C, VDD = +1.8V to +5.5V, VSS = GND)
- DC open-loop gain (large signal) is 146dB typ (VDD = 1.8V, VOUT = 0.3V to 1.6V, TA = +25°C)
- Power supply rejection ratio is 134dB (TA = +25°C, VDD = +1.8V to +5.5V, VSS = GND)
- Common mode rejection ratio is 128dB typ (VDD = 1.8V, VCM = -0.2V to 2.1V, TA = +25°C)
- Input noise voltage is 0.17µVP-P typ (f = 0.01Hz to 1Hz, TA = +25°C)
- EMI rejection ratio is 80dB typ (VIN = 0.1 VPK, f = 400 MHz, TA = +25°C)
- Quiescent current per amplifier is 80µA typ (IO = 0, TA = +25°C, VDD = +1.8V to +5.5V, VSS = GND)
