The 0854-0-15-20-82-14-11-0 from Mill Max is a discrete power spring loaded pin contacts. This rugged high current spring (Pogo) pin feature a 0.045" (1.14mm) mid-stroke and 0.090" (2.29mm) maximum stroke, endurance of 1,000,000cycles and a rated current of 9A at 10°C temperature rise. Typically used in cable, front panel, board stacking and docking station applications. The spring loaded contact features thick wall construction and solid plungers for increased durability.
- Solder cup termination, accepts wire sizes up to 0.057” diameter
- Force at mid stroke is 120g
- Initial force (pre-load) is 25g
- Copper alloy with gold finish sleeve & plunger material
- Gold plated stainless steel spring
- Maximum contact resistance is 20mohm
- Operating temperature range from -55°C to +125°C
