Product Overview
The PMEG3002AEB is a planar maximum efficiency general application (MEGA) Schottky Barrier Diode with an integrated guard ring for stress protection, encapsulated in a SOD523 (SC-79) ultra small surface-mounted device (SMD) plastic package. It is used for ultra high-speed switching, low voltage rectification, high efficiency DC-to-DC conversion, voltage clamping, inverse polarity protection and low power consumption applications.
