Product Overview
RD33775ACNCEVB is a centralized cell monitoring unit (CMU) reference design as part of the NXP HVBMS reference designs. This board features 4 latest generation MC33775A battery cell controllers as well as the MC33665A communication gateway enabling CAN FD communication with the board. This board monitors up to 56 cells and is ideal for rapid prototyping.
- MC33665A general purpose BMS communication TPL transceiver and CAN FD gateway
- MC33775 14 channel li-ion battery cell controller IC
- 4 MC33775A battery cell controllers for up to 56 cells, extendable by adding CMUs to the daisy chain
- High accuracy cell voltage measurement channels, with averaging and advanced filtering
- Temperature sensor inputs with advanced filtering per BCC
- Integrated cell balancing with up to 300mA
- CAN FD communication
- High speed CAN FD transceiver up to 5Mbit/s
