Product Overview

The AQY410S is a normally-closed SOP4-pin type MOSFET Relay features extremely low closed-circuit offset voltage to enable control of low-level analogue signals without distortion. The built-in MOSFET processed by our proprietary method, DSD (Double-diffused and Selective Doping) method.
