Product Overview
BU7242SNUX-TR is a CMOS operational amplifier of the input/output full swing low voltage operation. It is most suitable for a sensor amplifier and a battery-powered equipment to have a low input bias current, the characteristic of the low supply current. It is widely used in application such as sensor amplifier, battery powered equipment, portable equipment, consumer equipment etc.
- Operable with low voltage, operable input-output full swing
- Wide temperature range, low supply current
- Total harmonic distortion + noise is 0.05% typ at (OUT=0.8 VP-P, f=1KHz)
- Operating supply voltage range is +1.8V to +5.5V
- Supply current is 180µA typical, low input bias current
- Input offset current is 1pA typical
- Input bias current is 1pA typical
- Large signal voltage gain is 95dB typical at (RL=10Kohm, VDD=+3V, VSS=0V, TA=25°C)
- Slew rate is 0.4V/μs typ at (CL=25pF), gain bandwidth is 0.9MHz typ at (CL=25pF, AV=40dB)
- Operating temperature is -40°C to +85°C, package style is SSOP5
