Product Overview
LM311DT is a voltage comparator with strobe. It has low input currents. It is designed to operate over a wide range of supply voltages: from standard ±15V operational amplifier supplies down to the single +5V supply used for IC logic. Their output is compatible with RTL-DTL and TTL as well as MOS circuits and can switch voltages upto +50V at output currents as high as 50mA.
- Input bias current is 100nA typical at (VCC+ = ±15V, Tamb = +25°C)
- Input offset current is 6nA typical at (VCC+ = ±15V, Tamb = +25°C)
- Supply current is 5.1mA typical (positive, VCC+ = ±15V, Tamb = +25°C)
- Large signal voltage gain is 200V/mV typical at (VCC+ = ±15V, Tamb = +25°C)
- Supply voltage range from 5V to ±15V
