Product Overview
M24C02-RMN6P is a 2Kbit serial I²C compatible EEPROM (electrically erasable programmable memory) organized as 256 x 8 bit. This EEPROM features random and sequential read modes, hardware write protection of the whole memory array and enhanced ESD/latch-up protection.
- VCC = 1.8V to 5.5V operating voltage
- Compatible with following I2C bus modes: 400KHz (fast mode) and 100KHz (standard mode)
- 2Kbit (256byte) of EEPROM with 16 bytes page size
- Fast write cycle time: byte and page write within 5ms
- Enhanced ESD/latch-up protection
- More than 4 million write cycles
- More than 200-year data retention
- 8 lead SO (150mil width) package
- Industrial: device tested with standard test flow over -40 to 85°C
