TS4040DILT-2.5 is a 2.5V micropower shunt voltage reference. The TS4040 is a low power shunt voltage reference providing a stable 2.5V output voltage over the industrial temperature range. The low operating current is a key advantage for power restricted designs. In addition, the TS4040 is very stable and can be used in a broad range of application conditions. Typical applications are computers, instrumentation, battery chargers, switch mode power supply, battery operated equipment's.

- High stability when used with capacitive loads
- 150ppm/°C maximum temperature coefficient
- Industrial temperature range from -40°C to +85°C
- Maximum operating current is 15mA
- Reverse breakdown voltage is 2.5V ( Ik = 100μA)
- Long term stability is 120ppm (Ik = 100μA, t = 1000hrs)
- 1% accuracy
- SOT23-3 package
- Wide band noise is 35nV/√Hz (Ik = 100μA, 10Hz <lt/> f <lt/> 10KHz)
