Product Information
Product Overview
TSC202IYDT is a high-side current sense amplifier that delivers an analogue voltage output. It can sense current via a shunt resistor over a wide range of common-mode voltages, from -16 to +80V, whatever the supply voltage is. It integrates an open-drain comparator with output latch function and an internal 0.6V voltage reference connected to its input. The external resistor divider can then set the switching threshold. Applications include high-side current sensing, low-side current sensing, overcurrent protection, automotive current sensing, telecom equipment, test and measurement equipment, industrial process control.
- 2.7 to 18V supply voltage, 100V/V amplification gain, AEC-Q100 qualified
- 0.6V internal reference, internal open-drain comparator
- Latching capability on comparator, quiescent current is 1.8mA maximum
- Common-mode rejection ratio is 110dB typical at (VIN+ = -16 to 80V)
- Offset voltage, RTI is +3.5mV max at (Tmin < T < 25°C)
- Slew rate is 7V/µs typical at (T = 25°C)
- Voltage noise density is 55nV/√Hz typical at (f = 100KHz, T = 25°C)
- Current consumption is 0.84mA typical at (VOUT = 2V, T = 25°C)
- Non linearity error is ±0.002% typical at (VSense = 20 to 100mV, T = 25°C)
- Operating free-air temperature range from -40 to 125°C, SO8 package
