Product Overview
The TSV632IDT is a micro-power CMOS Operational Amplifier offers low voltage operation and rail-to-rail input and output. This amplifier features an excellent speed/power consumption ratio, offering an 880kHz gain-bandwidth product while consuming only 60µA at 5V supply voltage. This device also features an ultralow input bias current and has a shutdown mode.
